Developing or assisting in developing, in accordance with the specific guidelines in force, the Documentation for obtaining European funding, including Economic and Financial Cost and Benefit Analysis, Needs Study, Demand Analysis and Transport, if applicable, including the preparation and updating of the Program implementation of the project, financial plan, procurement plan and expenses, updating of the General Budget, Object Cost Estimate, Financial Devices. Elaboration or assistance in developing according to the specific guidelines in force of the Documentation for obtaining funding from other international financing institutions, including Economic and Financial Cost-Benefit Analysis, Needs Study, Demand Analysis and Transport, if applicable, including the preparation and Updating the Project Implementation Program, Financial Plan, Purchase and Expense Plan, Updating the General Price, Forex Items, Financial Devices.
